One way to test this is to writing down every day for a week what you think about when your mind goes on to relationships and with you, you may notice after a week where you have a tendency to put your focus.
These feeling may seem common and you may not notice that they exist only when you stop to pay attention.
Things being difficult
If you believe in things being difficult for you in life or that you have to work hard before you get what you want them it is most probable that it will also be the same with your relationships.
Allow things in your life
Being open to having the right person will also be how you view life, do you allow things in your life easily or do you have to wait or suffer before you get what you want because there is no one in the world stopping you from having the right person except yourself.
Change your belief starting with changing the way how you perceive life and allow ease and goodness to be a way of life for you.
Your mind helps to create what you want by what you focus on most, so why not focus on getting the right one in your life now easily.
Worried about how
If you are worried about how it is going to happen or what you have to do to make it work this shows you that you do not believe in the process of your mind.
It also says you do not believe that when you want something no matter how much you want it, that will not happen and that is sabotaging yourself.
Taking baby step to create change in the way you look and behave in life now and you will have the right one.
