Have you just experienced a break up and are wondering how to go get ur ex back? Just about every adult in the civilised world (and lots outside it too!) has experienced breaking up. It is one of those life experiences that we all go through. But knowing that billions of people have already gone through what you are going through now doesn't make it any easier, right? Most people just work on moving on after a break up, but what if there were steps you could take to get ur ex back? Everyone deals with broken relationships, but does break up really have to mean that you cannot get ur ex back?
Step 1 Understand and Prepare:
The simple fact is that 9 times out of 10 there is no reason why you cannot get ur ex back after a break up, providing that you know what steps you need to take to achieve this. The first step is to establish exactly what happened that caused you to break up in the first place. Nobody can go back in time and change what happened, but you can learn from the mistakes that were made and grow from the experiences.
The break up may have come about due to a single event, it may have been down to behaviour that your ex could not cope with anymore. Regardless of the reason, you need to be prepared in order to deal with the situation should it arise again. It IS possible to get ur ex back if you know how, but if you want to make it last this time you need to figure out and understand what went wrong in the first place.
Step 2 Be Strong:
The second step in the process is to make sure that you are not coming across as being a needy person. It is completely normal to feel like you cannot live without your ex, but there is no advantage to be gained from making this obvious. The best thing you can do after a break-up to better your chances of getting them back is to stay strong. If you let your ex see that you are doing just fine by yourself, and let everyone around you see how relaxed and self confident you are, then you will stand a much better chance of getting back with your ex.
Step 3 Jealousy And Revenge?:
These are definately no go's when trying to mend a relationship. Trying to make your ex jealous, and trying to get revenge on your ex are 2 things you should NOT consider if you seriously want to get ur ex back. In fact, these negative actions are probably the worst things that you can do. It will do nothing but show your ex that they should simply move on because you already have. While it is important for your ex to see that you're getting on fine, you do not want it to inspire them to completely move on. If you let your ex see how strong and self confident you are, they will likely feel inspired to want to get back with you.
So, the three steps we have covered to get ur ex back here are:
1, Understand what went wrong and prepare should it happen again.
2. Don't act needy, but try to appear strong and self confident in the midst of the crisis that has hit you.
3. Don't take negative steps towards your ex such as making them jealous or trying to get back at them, if your are trying to get back with them you don't want them to feel completely alienated by you.
The above steps should lay a solid foundation for you to get back ur ex after a break up. But getting back together with your ex can be complicated, and each persons situation is different. If you apply these basic principles then I guarantee you stand a much better chance of getting back with your ex.
