Baseball is truly America's Pastime. Let's face it, as Americans, we just cannot get enough of this sport. With so many games to watch, a fan can be easily overwhelmed, and it can be very easy to get lost in all of it. This article will help you to stay organized as a baseball fan. Why limit yourself to one team? Follow more than one..we will teach you how. With the popularity of the web today, there are literally hundreds of ways to track your favorite teams, players, and news. Below I will list some of the more popular and well organized sites on the web. Need a place to dwell, then look no further than this list to guide you on your way. Do not get left behind and limit yourself to only the daily newspaper to follow your favorite sport. Let's start with the obvious ones: 1. Espn.com: This is your one stop for all sporting news, scores, trades, and rumors. Although this site can provide you with everything you need, it may be a little overwhelming and you may simply get sucked into the the "other" sporting news. 2. MLB.com: This one is, in my opinion, a very straightforward and easy site to use and keep up to date. This site lacks a little luster, as the articles can often be a little boring. 3. Foxsports.com: Same as above, but blends them both together. OK, now for the fun stuff.... Fans need a place to interact, a place to simply unwind and say what is on their minds. These places are often best found in the form of forums and blogs. These sites are where the true fans dwell. Want a riveting sports conversation to partake in? Well you have found the right section. Lets take a look at two very different varieties of these sites. The first one is the all encompassing Major League Baseball forum. These blogs will often cover all baseball news, and will often add some sort of value for the reader. They either allow them to interact, write their own articles, and most importantly actively participate in any and all discussions. 1. www.MajorLeagueBlogging.com - This site covers all of the major league baseball teams. They tell it like it is and can simply make baseball more interesting. Combine this fact with the fact that they do weekly giveaways of sporting tickets, memorabilia, and other cool stuff and you have got yourself a winner. The second variety is the player/team specific blog. These blogs focus on a particular player or team. Let's take a look at one of these: 1. www.TheJobaRules.com - Like the Yankees, or more specifically Joba Chamberlain, then this site is for you. This is just an example of one of the many individual player sites around. Like a specific player? There is probably a place dedicated to them! Thanks for taking the time to read through these ideas. Please take a look at the sites listed above, and we promise you will not be dissapointed. Don;t be left behind in the wonderful world of baseball, get with the web and go!
