In searching the internet with search engines such as Google, you will find thousands of sources listed. You will often be carried to websites of specific books or courses offering to explain how to make money through specific strategies.
You will find books and courses by authors who claim to have made millions in real estate ventures and who offer advice through on how you can too. They offer to walk you systematically through the process based on their particular specialty or set of techniques. They speak of "little known" real estate investing ideas, including finding the right property, arranging creative financing and locating the buyers. They may offer secret tools to approach the real estate market. They will offer testimonials as to how book people have taken their courses and gone on to become very wealthy.
These may interest you, but you should consider them only after you have the foundations well in place and decided on a niche or strategy in which to specialize. Then you can base your decision on more that just a sales letter.
Having chosen the niche, technique, or strategy that most interest you, you should buy several products in that area in order to benefit from the experience of various individuals.
