I never know where I am going to find material for my articles. I certainly don't know what pleases my reading public. I don't apologize for what I write because I feel what I write and I certainly never try to hurt anybody. That said my topics this time, although not from the same source, cover the same concept and that concept is God, religion and Christianity. One source is my church bulletin and the other source is from an unidentified writer from the Internet
WANTED: "Christians who overlook the faults of others as easily as they do their own."
A person should not speak to others without respect, never in anger. The Bible teaches that a soft answer turneth away wrath.
Let's study these guidelines as things to remember when we address other people, bearing in mind that children are people too, just smaller and younger
(1)Keep it private, not in front of children.
(2)Keep it relevant – don't bring up old sore points,
(3)Deal with the root problem – not a symptom.
(4)Avoid character assassination, no name calling and be respectful.
(5)Avoid the word "always".
(6)Stay calm in your intensity.
(7)Arguments are temporary – don't drag it out,
(8)Allow for retreat, avoid pride

Mary had A Little Lamb
Mary had a little lamb, his fleece was white as snow.
And everywhere the children went the lamb was sure to go.
He followed them to school each day, it wasn't in the rules.
It made the children laugh and play, to have the Lamb at school.
And then the rules all changed one day, illegal it became
To bring the Lamb of God to school or even speak His Name.
Every day got worse and worse and days turned into years.
Instead of hearing children laugh, we heard gun shots and tears.
What must we do to stop the crime that's in our schools today?
Let's let the Lamb come back to school and teach our kids to pray.
Remember, God loves you and so do I.
