Exercise, diet control, tasteless boiled and raw food and diet drugs are no longer the only methods of losing weight! To break their monopoly, there is something else available in the market and it is not widely known! Did you ever think, even in your wildest dreams that vitamins could help you in losing weight? Yes, they do, and without any side effects. A human being cannot survive without vitamins and research and development in the field of medical sciences has proved that vitamins are capable of burning your fat and keeping you in good shape. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, vitamin B complex and vitamin C all play a role in this discovery. By applying this knowledge & consuming more of these vitamins, you too, can lose weight quicker than expected! Doctors claim that these B-vitamins are responsible for burning the fat and glucose in your body during the digestion process and helps in producing energy. In short, the B-vitamins expedite the metabolism and by doing so, they burn maximum calories. The end result is that there are fewer calories left to pile up as fat! It is not possible for an individual to hand-pick these special vitamins. However, a careful choice of the food can help in consuming these vitamins in sufficient amounts to increase metabolic activities and burn as much fat and glucose as possible. This enhances efforts to lose weight. Vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin, is the most effective vitamin in increasing the metabolic rate of your body. Almonds, milk and hard cheese are rich in vitamin B2. You can increase the consumption of these food items which in turn can help you in losing your weight. Apart from removing toxins, producing hydrochloric acid and a series of other activities, vitamin B3 (which is also known as Niacin) is also responsible for burning fats, proteins and carbohydrate of your body. Eggs, green leafy vegetables and meat are some well known sources of vitamin B3. Vitamin B5 produces energy and increase the rate of metabolism. It can be found in liver, poultry, nuts etc. Vitamin B12 is also very popular as a metabolism booster and acts as an extra source for energy. This particular vitamin helps you to digest your food faster and quickly burn your fat and glucose. This in turn gives that extra source of energy that you may have been looking for quite some time now. This category of vitamin is externally injected into your body. However, before you yourself decide to go for a vitamin B12 doses, it is advisable that you consult a doctor. Vitamin C has the ability to increase your body's potential to oxidize fat, i.e. to burn fat and reduce fatigue. This is not just a myth put out by vitamin enthusiasts; it is a truth established by the advances in the arena of bio-chemic and medical sciences. Vitamins are not only essential for survival but, a balanced intake of vitamins can help you in reducing fat and fatigue and maintain a healthy life in good shape.
