With so much information available for free to get you started on the internet, is it really worth it to pay to join Wealthy Affiliate University?
Seemingly the simplest thing to do when becoming an affiliate is to join Clickbank and start advertising. For some people it might be that easy. However, just trying to navigate the marketplace can be painfully complicated. And trying to assemble an ad campaign can feel as foreign as landing in a strange country with no knowledge of the language or culture. WA recognizes this and has set the system up to translate the language of internet marketing, and to guide you seamlessly through the process.
How Do They Do That?
When you first join Wealthy Affiliate University, you are put through an 8 week course which provides step-by-step tutorials on every aspect of affiliate marketing. Eight weeks may seem like a long time, but it goes by quickly when there's so much to learn. You can begin assembling campaigns almost immediately, but you will watch your skill and success improve dramatically the longer you study the lessons. Affiliate marketing is like any skill you have to learn. Sure you can learn to dive in a matter of minutes, but it takes a while to become Greg Louganis.
Is There Any Help Besides The Tutorials?
It's an incredibly supportive community- both from members, and from the founders, Kyle and Carson. The forum is dynamic, intelligent, honest and generous with quality information. If that is not good enough, you can drop Kyle or Carson an email any time, and they will respond, usually within a day or two. Many times I've been able to answer questions by simply reading through a forum topic, and when I've posted a question, I always get back at least three answers. The couple of times I've sent emails to Kyle, I've gotten a quality answer back by the next day. It's the most supportive community I've seen on the internet.
What If You Would Rather Just Build a Website?
Probably one of the most helpful tools at Wealthy Affiliate University is the website-building tool Site Rubix- included as part of your membership, and the hosting for three websites that's included as well. This means that you can launch multiple campaigns within a site and pay nothing extra for hosting. They allow you three sites, and up to 5000 pages all as part of your membership. It's an incredible deal. Of course there are tutorials on how to build the best site too.
How Long Do You Have To Be A Member?
I was worried when I first joined that I'd be stuck in a long contract. No the case here. Wealthy Affiliate is a membership that you can cancel at any time. You pay month to month, and if you feel you've moved beyond it, you can always cancel. There are people, however, who have been members for years. Since the world of internet marketing changes so much every day, it's sensible to stay in a place that keeps up on that for you.
When you join Wealthy Affiliate University, you join a community of everyday people like yourself at all stages of success. Learning how to market online can be done alone, but it often takes month, if not years. Kyle and Carson have built a system that can have you seeing some real success in a matter of weeks, and sometimes sooner. And you are far more likely to stick with it if you see success early on.
