The relentless desire to achieve is a special attribute? Do you have the desire to achieve, to only accept perfection? Lets define perfection. Being perfect is your ability, your efforts, your desire to achieve, to accomplish goals. If you mess up it doesn't mean your not perfect. In this article you will find perfection is not easy, but can be accomplished. Coach Thomas Flanigan who helps run a girls fastpitch softball organization in Dallas Texas is driven! Determined! And has the relentless desire to achieve! Through his coaching career and leadership positions held at Wal-Mart, Thomas Flanigan has found that helping people from all walks of life and various ages has many rewards. Helping people achieve perfection is a difficult task, but is worth the effort. A team can obtain perfection based on pure efforts and the right leadership, regardless of the task at hand. A team can accomplish so much more than an individual - this giving the team an advantage to reaching perfection much easier and much quicker. On your way to perfcetion comes failure, failure are good stepping stones to perfection. You don't just wake up and decide your perfect. What efforts did you put forth to become perfect. In fact, you can't be perfect at anything unless you use effort. 100% effort is the single biggest stepping stone to reaching perfection. So how did Thomas Flanigan reach perfection? Do you really ever accomplish perfection? Yes, Thomas Flanigan quotes "If you have the desire to achieve, and are willing to put forth the effort it takes, then yes you can reach perfection. He says" in order for you to reach perfection you must teach others how to do the same and then give the credit to those that helped you, because the reality is this, without them you would not obtain perfection on your own. Those around you who put forth the effort deserves the credit. You lead them and prepare them, but they did the actual work. Thomas Flanigan is one of only two coaches to ever win an Amatuar Softball Association "A" Fastpitch National Championship. The ASA "A" level is the highest level of competition in Fastpitch Softball. There is only one other coach from Texas who has claimed this title and current Fastpitch Softball Olympian Cat Osterman was his pitcher. Thomas Flanigan's leadership ability doesn't stop there-winning eight State Championships and one United States Specialty Sports Association "A" World Series, along with being nominated coach of the year by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Coach Flanigan has an amazing winning percentage of 94% over his coaching career, talk about a leader and a winner. Coach Flanigan's professional background in Leadership, Exercise Science, Athletic Training and Instruction puts him at the top. The Dallas Morning News says, "Flanigan is a genius" in the field of Fastpitch Softball and Leadership. Coach Flanigan has helped over 1000, 8U to collegiate level athletes on an individual basis to achieve their personal best. Coach Thomas Flanigan on a continual quest for perfection. Perfection is effort - Thomas Flanigan has put forth the effort it takes to be perfect along with many of his students, associates and co-workers.
