The relentless desire to achieve is a special attribute? Do you have the desire to achieve, to only accept perfection?
Lets define perfection. Being perfect is your ability, your efforts, your desire to achieve, to accomplish goals. If you mess up it doesn't mean your not perfect. In this article you will find perfection is not easy, but can be accomplished.

So how did Thomas Flanigan reach perfection?

Thomas Flanigan is one of only two coaches to ever win an Amatuar Softball Association "A" Fastpitch National Championship. The ASA "A" level is the highest level of competition in Fastpitch Softball.
There is only one other coach from Texas who has claimed this title and current Fastpitch Softball Olympian Cat Osterman was his pitcher.
Thomas Flanigan's leadership ability doesn't stop there-winning eight State Championships and one United States Specialty Sports Association "A" World Series, along with being nominated coach of the year by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
Coach Flanigan has an amazing winning percentage of 94% over his coaching career, talk about a leader and a winner.
Coach Flanigan's professional background in Leadership, Exercise Science, Athletic Training and Instruction puts him at the top. The Dallas Morning News says, "Flanigan is a genius" in the field of Fastpitch Softball and Leadership.
Coach Flanigan has helped over 1000, 8U to collegiate level athletes on an individual basis to achieve their personal best. Coach Thomas Flanigan on a continual quest for perfection.
