Men like to think that they're biologically engineered to cheat. They like to say that they're polygamous by nature, which supposedly gives them the right to cheat. Decades ago, women put up with it. After all, they were only considered second class citizens and they were just thankful to have a man take care of them. Today, however, men and women are equal, so there's no more excuse for cheating, and if there ever was, it's definitely no longer condoned.
A Woman Always Knows
Men can be consummate liars, yes, but that doesn't mean it's hard to tell if they're cheating on you. As a woman, you have the best equipment to detect cheating. That's right. It's called a woman's instinct.
If you think your man is cheating, he probably is. Of course, it's easy to confuse instinct with fear and paranoia, but if you're in tuned to your feelings, you'll know which is which. Your woman's instinct is that nagging feeling that starts out small and keeps escalating until you can't ignore it any longer. When that starts to happen, be on the watch.
Watch and Learn
You have to know that direct confrontation based on your instinct alone won't get you anywhere. Men could worm their way out of any confrontation and you just might end up confused. Don't confront until you have proof. For the moment, keep your eyes and ears open for anything amiss.
If you've been with your man for a while, you probably already know his routine by heart. For example, you know he always has his personalized Zippo on him, anywhere and everywhere. If his personalized Zippo is missing one day and shows up the next, chances are he left that personalized Zippo in his concubine's place.
Look out for other things such as change of behavior. When he becomes either too sweet on you or too detached, you'll know something's up. If your sex life has greatly diminished, he's probably getting it somewhere else. Late nights and lame excuses are also foolproof indicators that he's hiding something from you. When these things start happening, it's either his days or your days are numbered. It's up to you how you handle it.
Making Your Move
Indeed, when your man is cheating, he's no longer yours, so there's no sense on holding on to him and the relationship even longer. Unless you can forgive and forget, the relationship is totally over and will never be revived ever again. After all, who wants to live with a liar and a cheat? Every time you see him you'll only remember what he did to you, so save yourself the grief and the waste of time.
Throw him out and know that it's good riddance. Get rid of all the things that remind you of him. Have a bonfire with his personalized Zippo. In fact, throw in the personalized Zippo in the fire, as well. The sooner you flush him out of your life, the better it will be for you.
