Enhancing Website Conversion-- A Secret Success Tip

Okay, so you probably know that there are 3 main challenges you face when it comes to growing a successful online business: 1. Generating traffic 2. Converting that traffic into a lead 3. Converting that lead into a sale If any one of these links is deficient, then your business will be stagnant–there's no way around that. Let's talk just briefly about point #2, converting your web visitor into a lead. This means that they opt in to your list so you can do some relationship building and follow up marketing with them. A typical opt in rate is right around 3-5%. If you're converting 8-10% of your traffic into leads, you're doing quite well. The goal, of course, is to get that conversion to go as high as possible, ideally 15% or more. It can be done, but you really need to understand the exact struggles facing your market and pose specific solutions. Your marketing needs to be very strategic to do this. The only way to get this kind of conversion is when you are crystal clear on who your target market is, what they are movitated to spend money on, and how to offer them something irresistible that forces them to say yes. Let's say, for example, that you want to assist people in network marketing create more success. Well, if you create generic landing pages for network marketing, your conversion will never go above that 5-7% mark unless you are just an amazing copywriter. To significantly strengthen your conversions, you'd want to create customized landing pages for each little niche you are focusing on. If you want to attract distributors fro Monavie, you would build a capture page that specifically targets the problems people are having within this company. Your headline would have the name of the company. I don't care what your business is; this is a universal principle. Your conversion will increase to the extent that you are offering very specific, targeted solutions for a very specific, targeted audience. Before you market, always make a list of the specific problems or pains your target market is having. Then write out a list of the specific solutions you provide. Then create an opt in form that offers the most tangible, benefit-oriented, and valuable piece of information you can handle giving away for free. That is how you get insane conversion on your landing pages. This is often a hidden element in terms of why so many online entrepreneurs struggle to generate leads and sales from their websites. It is crucial that you learn these skills and keep changing and tweaking your website until it is converting at a rate that is rapidly growing your business. This is what separates amazing marketers from average ones. Generating traffic is also a critical skill but there is so much more focus on that than lead conversion.
