Lift tables are the ergonomic solution to reducing repetitive motion injury, increasing morale, and maximizing material handling process flow efficiency. Cumulative trauma disorders and repetitive stress injuries are cited as two of America's most common workplace health problems. Each year these injuries result in individual suffering, lost revenue, and decreased efficiency. Lift tables alleviate these injuries by either elevating materials on a horizontal platform to a safe and comfortable height for workers to access without stress or strain. Tilt tables elevate one end of a box, crate, or basket to a desired angle in order to facilitate the loading or unloading of its contents. You can raise and lower the electric lift table using the UP and DOWN push-buttons on the 24V control box. Safety features include electric toe guards. Electric Lift Tables The "low profile u type" Electric Lift Table features an open center design that enables a pallet truck to place a load on the platform. The unit is protected by an external power pack equipped with a pressure relief valve that prevents overloading. It also features a flow control valve that controls the lowering speed. The remote power pack comes complete with steel cover to protect the motor from dust and debris. You can raise and lower the electric lift table using the UP and DOWN push-buttons on the 24V control box. Safety features include electric toe guards, velocity fuse in cylinders, safety maintenance props and an emergency stop button on the control box. Electric-hydraulic lift tables use a hydraulic system powered by an electric motor to elevate containers and materials. Electric-hydraulic lift tables use a hydraulic system powered by an electric motor to elevate containers and materials. They are used in virtually every type of manufacturing and warehouse facility. Electric lift tables feature a number of safety mechanisms including toe guards to protect pinch points during lowering of the table, and brass velocity fuses to maintain platform height regardless of hydraulic pressure. The electric lift table is easy to operate by means of a 24V push-button hand control linked to a 2HP electric motor. The unit also includes a maintenance prop and an upper travel limit switch that stops the table at a maximum height to reduce motor wear. Hydraulic Lifting And Tilting Table This table both lifts and tilts materials to a standard 45° angle when necessary. The restraining chain and 12" high lip keeps the load in place during tilting. Safety features include an electric toe guard to shield workers from pinch points during lowering of tables and velocity fuses to stop travel due to loss of hydraulic pressure. Each hydraulic lifting table also features a 4 push-button hand pendent control on an 8 foot coil cord, upper limit switch to stop travel at maximum height reducing motor wear and maintenance prop. Ends tilt standard; side tilt is also available. Optional accordion skirting can be ordered through your material handling vendor for both the lifting and tilting portions of the table. Portable Units Portable scissor tables and heavy duty powered lift tables will transport and elevate your heaviest loads. A heavy-duty 12V DC powered unit with deep cycle battery and an on-board battery charger is standard. Mobile Lift Table Portable scissor tables and heavy duty powered lift tables will transport and elevate your heaviest loads. A heavy-duty 12V DC powered unit with deep cycle battery and an on-board battery charger is standard. You can also order the mobile lift table with an optional battery charge indicator. The unite features 8" phenolic casters (2 swivel and 2 rigid), a floor lock, and patented electric pinch point guards. A hand held pendant control with an 8 foot coil cord and mounting brackets can be ordered separately. Minimum frame width is 34". Add 25" to platform length for the overall length. There are a wide variety of additional lifting, tilting, and material handling supplies in both used and new condition. Be sure to look at all your options before making a final decision.
