When a young couple moves into their first house or apartment, there are numerous items that they will need to set up their household. You may consider creating a bathroom-themed housewarming gift basket to help the happy couple set up a happy home.
One type of bathroom gift basket that you could create is a bath accessory basket. You could purchase items such as soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, and other bathing items that the couple may have forgotten to pick up during the excitement of their move. You could also include a shower rack that will hold these products while still allowing easy access to them while in the shower.
Another idea for a gift basket would be a dental hygiene basket. You could include new toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, and dental floss. You may also want to include a toothbrush rack that attaches to the wall or a toothbrush cup. A disposable cup dispenser is another item that you may want to add.
A personal hygiene basket may also be another type of gift basket that you may want to design. You could include such items as two hair brushes, two combs, shampoo, conditioner, razors, cotton swabs, cotton balls, fingernail clippers, a nail file, and a bottle of aspirin. You could also include toilet paper as well as tissues.
You may also want to make a bathroom decorating basket. You should try to find out the colors and designs that the couples wish to use in their bathroom. This gift basket could include a matching toilet rug and toilet cover. You could also purchase a matching shower curtain, shower rug, and non-slip stick-ons that can be placed in the bottom of the bathtub to prevent falls. You may want to include matching window curtains as well as towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Small wall decorations would be a nice finishing touch to your bathroom décor gift basket.
Another idea for a bathroom gift basket is a relaxation basket. This basket could include body bath salts as well as scented bubble bath. You could also purchase scented candles that the couple can light to help relax during their bubble bath. A CD that contains relaxing music that the couple can listen to while they are lounging would also be a good idea. You may want to also include a small foot or back massager as well as a pedicure kit. These kits can contain exfoliate, a buffer, and scented herbs that the couple can put into hot water to soak their aching feet. A small water-resistant neck pillow would also be a nice addition to your gift basket. This pillow allows the person to fully lounge in the bathtub while giving his neck much needed support. A thick, comfortable set of bathrobes would add the finishing touch to your relaxation gift basket.
