As we get older, competing with the younger crowd in a variety of areas has become incredibly difficult. Even if you have the technical experience to become an administrative assistant, marketing representative, or programmer, you are required to have a "younger attitude," to ensure your personality will meld well with others. We can at least understand that point, but that is where simple logic meets the end of the road.
How do you dress? Do you date yourself with antiquated clothing from the 80s or 90s? And what type of lingo do you speak? Is it hip to say, "hip" anymore?
